I have been buying my supplements from B.S. for over 2 years would not buy from anywhere else. I am now taking 6 different supplements. I am 65 years old and I do not think I would be feeling as healthy as I do if I was not taking them. NO rubbish in their supplements like a lot out there. I always recommend BS when I speak to friends, and family.

I have been taking these for 6 months now and with also a change in eating habits and exercise my clorestial has already come down. My Serum Cholesterol was 6.5 in March 2025 and in September it is 6.2. My Serum Triglycerides (I think this is bad Cholesterol) was 5.58 in March 2025 and now in September is 4.80 which i think is about a 15% reduction. Like I said I cannot say this is Purley down to the plant sterols but something is working and I am certainly not going to stop taking them. I will give another update in 6 months time.

Too early to tell if the supplements do what I need them to do as I didnt start taking them straight away, but my order was received within 24 hours and the customer services chat service is great, very helpful and quick response.

I have been using bs vitamin D3 +k2 supplement to help with calcium build up in my arteries which, I believe, was causing poor circulation and high blood pressure. I am of the opinion that the BP tablets that I was prescribed would only treat the symptoms, meanwhile the underlying cause of my high high BP would still carry on. Also the possible side effects of the BP tablets were a worry to me. So, am happy to report that after approx 2 months of using the bs products, my bp has dropped over 10 points and I feel more energetic 👍. I hope and expect these improvements will continue. So keep up the good work Chris and Co! 😊

I saw a review on here from someone saying the fishy taste made them stop taking these which actually put me off buying them because that’s the one thing I can’t bare with omega 3 supplements. However I did some research online and everything said there shouldn’t be any fishy taste with the algae version as there’s no fish oil so I bit the bullet and I can confirm there is absolutely no fishy taste!!! Ignore that review and give them a go!
